Chris Buttigieg is presently Assisant Head at Zejtun Girls' Secondary School (ex-Carlo Diacono), St Margaret College. He taught Maltese between 1997 and 2006.  He took to the stage as one of the thieves in Sindy Rella (December 1998), and was always involved until 2007 when he was promoted to Assistant Head and transferred to Verdala Boys Secondary School. He has returned to our school and joined us on stage, both as a script writer for Hercules (Panto 2012) and as an actor once again. He has also written the Maltese adaptations of Il-Kummiedja ta' L-Iżbalji (May 2006) and Il-Qaddej ta' Żewġ Sidien (April 2008), as well as the script for SSUSS (May 2014).
